Our custom shirt line, tailored for you in Italy

When looking for shirts Jörg found Nicola Martorana´s family business in Sicily, Italy - and both came up with a dedicated line of custom made traditionally crafted shirts for our ECHT Catalog. Our classic shirts are made out of best Italian fabric and are exceptionally crafted. The yarns are spun and dyed in Italy, the soft and comfortable fabrics are woven on traditional Italian looms. We pick only "doppio ritorto" two-ply quality, using the finest Egyptian long-fiber cotton. Many of the pattern are classics that can not be found elsewhere, some are pure white fabrics that feature sophisticated weaving pattern, and some are just cool.

Nicola custom-makes for you, according to your specifications. You choose from our curated fabric selection, Nicola tailors for you in a small town close to Palermo. While traditionally crafted, the shirts offer a unique collaborative design between Nicola and ECHT. Features include: a) color-coded buttons and an emergency reserve button "parked" in the seam, b) color-coded embroidered initials as monogram, c) contemporary and relaxed button down collar, d) two buttons next to the the tie knot to keep the collar´s shape, e) french style contemporary barrel cuffs that show a unique feature with two cuff link holes and one extra cuff button - so that you can used either the attached button or your own cuffl inks, and f) a chest pocket.
